We process all UK orders within 1–2 working days before dispatch. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it should arrive within 2–3 working days. We’ll send a shipment email as soon as your items are on the way. Delivery costs are shown in GBP (£) at checkout based on the items in your basket. Tracking and Deliveries

All purchases from FLEX DISTRICT come with full tracking information provided upon dispatch. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, our couriers will usually leave a calling card or try again the following business day. For shoppers buying from outside the UK, please note that any local import taxes or customs fees are your responsibility and are not paid at our checkout.
